LEVEL 2

Become A Refined Yin Yoga Teacher

VERSATILE | CENTERED | EXSPANSIVE

Level 1 is our Complete Yin Yoga Teacher course and Level 2 is our Nuanced Yin Yoga Teacher course so prepare to go even deeper.

100 hours to become a Yin Yoga TEACHER
200 hours to become a Yin Yoga LEADER

In this highly requested followup to our Level 1 Yin Yoga Teacher Training we are expanding on all topics covered in Level 1, brining more depth and nuance to your teaching repertoire. Level 2 will also introduce several new areas to explore in conjunction with your Yin Yoga teaching and practice. Our aim in crafting this curriculum was to echo the experience of your Level 1 providing the opportunity to refresh and rejuvenate your body over a week of indepth Yin Yoga practice while also enriching and refining your skills for you to bring new treasures back to share with your students.

*** Prerequisite: this Level 2 training requires that you have completed the entirety of the Level 1 program, no exceptions will be made as it will directly correlate to specifics from that curriculum.

An Evolution Of Anticipating Student Experience And Deeper Awareness

COURSE STRUCTURE

The training consists of 4 primary formats of imbuing the content. Our focus is on practicing the content via guided Yin sessions and Meditation techniques alongside significant practice of each pose in our Asana Lab. Providing the groundwork for the practice are the lectures which are presented via projector and slide show. Dialogue plays an important role throughout in connecting the content with each student and addressing their questions. Finally the course requires some at home study prior to and during the training to ensure that the individual students are processing the material in their own way. This is accomplished through readings, journaling and an essay. There are no formal tests in the course as we maintain an ongoing evaluation of student comprehension through various means including the Teaching Practicum at the end (don’t worry we keep it super casual and are there to support you in each moment))).

Content Segments (8-10 days)

Our trainings span 8 to 10 consecutive days to adapt around the venue class schedules. This is different at each venue and you can see the exact days on each venue spotlight page. The content covered is identical regardless of the number of days. We are able to do this by adjusting the number of hours per day and/or adjusting how we curate the dialogues throughout the week. Below is the sequence of content through the week and an overview of that day. This is a general outline as this content overlaps or shifts to span various days (8-10) to suit the venue, pace and dynamic of each group.
